I am an amateur photographer that looks for unusual things to photograph. Things that most people would never think of capturing often catch my eye. I have been taking digital photos for about 15 years. During that period I have progressed through a number of different cameras and image capture sizes from a mere 0.3 megapixels to 20 megapixels. All except the last one are point-and-shoot models, the latest model is a Canon 7D Mark II DSLR. For over 30 years prior to going digital I used several different 35mm film based SLR’s. Unfortunately, most of the negatives have been lost due to several residence moves. I am so glad to be back in a position to use a SLR once again. I still use my 12 megapixel point-and-shoot on occasion as it is very easy to transport, also it has a built-in GPS function so it makes it easy to tag a location.
While the main purpose of this site is to display my work for others to enjoy, most photos on this site are available for purchase.
